Effective August 31, 2026 · hosted pilot

These terms apply to the early hosted Layups Connect pilot at connect.layups.ai. By using it, you agree to use it only with accounts and workloads you are authorized to control.

Preview service

The hosted service is an experimental preview and may change, pause, or end without notice. Do not rely on it as your only copy of important data or for high-risk, safety-critical, or regulated workloads without a separate written agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Request only the provider access your workload actually needs.
• Keep workload credentials and delivered access tokens confidential.
• Comply with provider policies, applicable law, and the rights of other people.
• Revoke a connection promptly if a workload or account is compromised.

Open-source software

The repository is offered under its Apache-2.0 license. These hosted-service terms do not restrict rights granted by that license. Self-hosted operators are responsible for their own deployment, policies, security, and support.

Availability and liability

The pilot is provided as available, without a service-level commitment or warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Layups is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the pilot.
